TCEF accepts grant application requests from any Thrall ISD teacher/staff.  Teachers request funds for additional classroom supplies/equipment, funds for extracurricular student studies and/or continuing professional development course fees.  The applications are submitted to TCEF for committee review and funds are awarded based on the type of request, number of requests received and funds available.  The mission of TCEF is to provide financial support to Thrall ISD in areas that are not directly supported by the district's operating budget.
