TCEF Senior Scholarship Application
All graduating seniors must fully complete and timely submit an application to be eligible for the TCEF Senior Scholarship (see link below).

General Overview of Scholarship:

Eligibility: Students can apply during their Senior Year of High School at Thrall ISD.

Usage: The scholarship must be utilized within 12 months following the student's graduation from Thrall High School.

Payment: Scholarship amounts will be paid out in two equal installments over the fall and spring semesters following graduation.

Academic Requirements: Students must take a minimum of 3 hours each semester and maintain at least a "C" in all enrolled classes to receive the second-semester installment.

Second Installment: The second installment payment requires completion of the 2nd Installment Application and submission of a first-semester transcript.

Payment Details: Scholarship checks will be made payable to the college, university, or school the student is attending.

Applications and Submission:

First Semester: Completed applications and supporting documentation may be submitted in person to the Thrall High School Counselor's Office or via email to info@thrallcef.org.

Second Semester: Applications and supporting documentation must be submitted in time for delivery by second-semester tuition deadlines. Preferred delivery method is via email to info@thrallcef.org; alternatively, submissions can be made to the Thrall High School Counselor's Office.

Late submissions will not be considered for the TCEF Senior Scholarship award or payment.
