TCEF Senior Scholarship Program

Since the Class of 2017, the Thrall Community Education Foundation has proudly overseen the TCEF Senior Scholarship Program. Initially funded by proceeds from the annual Harvest Festival, this program supports Thrall ISD graduates pursuing higher education. Frederic Allen Bittner Scholarship

The Thrall Community Education Foundation proudly presents the Frederic Allen Bittner Scholarship, made possible by a generous gift to a named endowment fund. This scholarship opportunity, administered by the Foundation, supports deserving current Thrall ISD seniors and previous graduates pursuing full-time higher education. With the first scholarship awarded in May 2020, amounts will vary annually based on fund returns and applicant numbers.
